I have spent the last year working on being approved by the banks for a short sale. Even though I had 2 offers, with a different agency, they never became final, for one reason or another.
When I changed agents and went with Smith Real Estate Services, I instantly saw the differences between my last agent and yourself. You jumped right in, at the 11th hour and helped me get my house ready for Open House, even when I live 400 miles away. You were my eyes, ears, and support, from such a long distance.
Even though the house fell into foreclosure (which had no reflection on you) at the last second, (after all your hard work to get a cash offer on the bank’s desk), I am so grateful for all your hard work and undying positive attitude. We got down to the last second on this Short Sale Approval and if only you had more than a few weeks to get an offer, I am sure you would have finalized this sale for me.

"I was referred to Smith Real Estate Services to discuss a short sale for my home in Pollock Pines by a friend of mine that knew Sheryl Smith. Sheryl was very professional and provided me with all the information I needed to decide if short sale was right for me.
